Terms & Conditions by Host
- Studio Time
Booking time starts from the scheduled call time or when the first member of the production team enters the premises, whichever is earlier. - Completion of Booking
The booking concludes only after the last crew member has vacated the studio. - Overtime Charges
Overtime will be billed according to the selected package. A grace period of up to 30 minutes may be allowed depending on studio availability. Beyond this, overtime charges will apply. - Delayed Exit
If another booking follows yours, your team must vacate the studio promptly at the end of the reserved slot. - Restricted Materials
Paint, powder, glitter, flour, coloured liquids, smoke effects, fire, or similar materials are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained. - Set Usage
Sets should only be used for active shooting. They must not be used as waiting, dining, or resting areas. - Package Access
Access is limited to the sets included in the selected package. Entry into restricted sets without permission may incur additional charges. - Damage Liability
The client is responsible for any damage caused to studio property, furniture, décor, props, equipment, or fixtures during the booking. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly. - Equipment Handling
Studio furniture and décor should not be moved without prior approval from the studio team. - Lift Access
The studio is located on an upper floor. Passenger lift access is available for standard equipment. Heavy equipment may require manual handling. - Cleanliness
The studio should be returned in the same condition as received. Excessive cleaning requirements may attract additional charges. - Outside Vendors
Makeup artists, stylists, photographers, and production teams are welcome. Please ensure they comply with studio policies. - Food & Beverages
Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas. Please avoid consuming food on the shooting sets. - Noise Levels
Excessive noise, loud music, or activities that disturb neighbouring businesses should be avoided.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking, partial refund for cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled booking, and no refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
