Natural Light: Two large glass walls (south-facing measuring 13.7 ft × 10.6 ft, and west-facing measuring 17.6 ft × 10.8 ft) providing immense natural daylight.
Chroma Setup: Features a floor-length chroma setup measuring 17 ft × 11.5 ft (west-facing window) alongside an "L-type" chroma setup included in the studio cost, and an optional "C-type" chroma setup available at extra charges.
Lighting Infrastructure: Heavy-duty pipe grid mounted on the ceiling with electrical supply available for hanging lights and production props.
Makeup & Changing Area: A separate dedicated makeup room equipped for 2 people featuring makeup tables/mirrors and a changing area.
Power Supply: 3-phase power supply available.

Small pantry and a Team A washroom located on the mezzanine level.
Team B washroom situated directly on the studio floor.

Booking Confirmation & Cancellations: Bookings are confirmed only after an advance payment is received, and the advance is strictly non-refundable.
Timing Calculation: Studio time starts from the confirmed booking time, not when the actual shoot starts.
Pack-Up & Departure: Booking time ends when the entire crew and equipment leave the studio. Up to 30 minutes may be allowed for pack-up; after that, extra-hour charges apply.
Settlement of Dues: Any extra hours, electricity charges, or pending payments must be cleared immediately after the shoot.
Electricity Charges: Electricity used for continuous/video lights is charged separately at ₹22 per unit based on actual meter consumption.
Equipment & Property Damage: The client is entirely responsible for any damage caused to the studio, equipment, furniture, or backdrops.
Cleanliness: Clients must leave the studio clean and in the same condition as found. An extra cleaning fee of ₹1,500 applies if left messy.
Backdrop Usage: White, Black, and Grey backdrops are included in the package. Extra usage or damage to backdrops may be charged separately.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio(there is a designated balcony/smoking zone instead).
Parking Policy: Two dedicated car parking spaces are provided. Extra parking is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Equipment Transport: Heavy equipment must be moved strictly through the luggage lift.
Vehicle Restrictions: Vanity vans and generator vans are not permitted inside the building premises. Tempos and luggage vehicles may use the loading/unloading gate but must leave immediately after loading or unloading.
Personal Belongings: Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Additional Services: Any extra equipment, setups, backdrops, props, or manpower will be billed separately.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking, partial refund for cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled booking, and no refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
