1. The session officially begins either at the scheduled call time or as soon as the first team member arrives, whichever happens first.
The session ends when the last person from the team leaves the studio. Exceeding the allotted time will result in an additional fee of Rs. 2000 per hour.
2. Additional time may not be available if the studio has other bookings or commitments. Please plan accordingly.
Bookings will be confirmed, and dates will be blocked only once 100% advance has been deposited. Bookings are on a first-come, first- served basis.
3. We request that everyone wear shoe covers before entering the studio. Footwear for models has to be covered with masking tape.
The client is accountable for everything during the shoot, regardless of what or who caused any injuries/damages. Any damage to the studio or set pieces will be charged based on actual repair or replacement costs.
4. The use of chemicals, paints, sand, flowers, or any liquids is strictly forbidden unless prior approval has been obtained.
Alterations to the studio or any set are allowed once discussed. If you want to customise anything, we'll get it done.
5. The sofa is designed for sitting but can be used as a prop for an additional fee of Rs. 2500.
6. The studio is on the third floor and lacks a commercial elevator. Lights, stands, and props can be moved on a standard passenger lift.
7. We do not provide light assistants/light boys but feel free to inform us beforehand if you need additional support beyond the included amenities.
The studio has one helper to help you with studio props and tea/coffee. Please avoid assigning him roles outside his scope, like a dressman or light boy.
8. We request the clients to help us keep the studio clean for them.
9. The colour of our sets keeps changing. So please confirm the current colours of the backdrops you plan to use beforehand.
10. Consumption of alcohol or any form of drugs is strictly prohibited. Studio reserves the right to update prices, terms and conditions without notice.
Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking, partial refund for cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled booking, and no refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
