Damage & Studio Property

The renter is responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment, furniture, fixtures, walls, flooring, or other studio property during the booking.
Any damage will be chargeable based on the actual repair or replacement cost.
Damage to the green screen will be charged based on the actual repair or replacement cost.

Overtime

The booking must be vacated by the end of the reserved time.
Any usage beyond the booked time will be charged at the applicable additional hourly rate.

Cleaning

Normal cleaning after the booking is included.
Excessive mess, spills, or cleaning beyond normal use may incur additional cleaning charges of ₹500–₹1,000, depending on the extent of cleaning required.

Permissions & Content

The renter is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and consents for the people, products, content, music, trademarks, artwork, or other materials used during the shoot.
The studio is not responsible for any copyright, privacy, licensing, or other permissions related to the renter's production.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking, alcohol, open flames, hazardous materials, or any activity that may damage the studio premises are not permitted.
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Personal Belongings

The studio is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the renter's personal belongings or equipment.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking, partial refund for cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled booking, and no refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
