One Commission. That's It.

ContCave charges a flat 12% commission per booking, plus GST. That is the only way we earn from a studio partnership. There are no listing fees, no onboarding charges, no hidden markups on your rates, and no deductions that don't appear on your payout statement.

If it isn't in writing, we don't charge it. If it is in writing, you can read it before you sign.

What the 12% Actually Covers

A commission only makes sense when you know what it pays for. Every booking that comes through ContCave includes:

Discovery: your studio is shown to brands, creators and production teams actively searching for spaces in your city
Booking: enquiries, slot selection and confirmations handled end to end
Payments: secure collection from the client, so you never chase an invoice
Calendar management: availability kept in sync so double bookings don't happen

Payouts You Can Track

Your earnings are settled within two working days of a booking through Cashfree, a regulated payment gateway. Each payout shows the booking amount, our commission, GST, and what reaches you, so the numbers always add up and nothing needs explaining after the fact.
